Delivery Terms and Conditions
Product In-stock orders received by 12:00 AM Monday-Saturday will usually ship same day by Flashexpress or Kerry company, Orders will usually ship the next business day if received after 14:00 PM. We process, pack and ship orders daily.
Estimated delivery times :
– Bangkok areas 1 – 3 working days
– South areas 1-3 working days
– Upcountry areas 2 – 3 working days
– Remote areas need 1-4 more working days to deliver.
Shipping costs inside Thailand:
– Fresh products 200 thb/kg.
– Dry products 100 thb/kg.
– Dry products 60thb if under 1kg.
Tracking information will be provided by PowerFlower staff member or sub agent that you were purchased the order from.
Due to the nature of our fresh products, it is our policy that once the products have been received and accepted, it is assumed that you have inspected our products and are satisfied. We do allow you to reject the products that damaged, faulty, inedible or defective, please see our return and replace policy details.
